His group founded My Oracle Support Community and serves as the Program Office for the program, ensuring that tools, processes, leads, managers and moderators all converge to a successful response. Prior to his current role, Rob has been in the computer industry since 1973 as a developer, entrepreneur, technologist, and, support and sustaining engineering senior management.
