Rob Shapiro is Senior Director of Global Customer Services, Proactive Support Center, Business Social Media at Oracle. His group founded My Oracle Support Community and serves as the Program Office for the program, ensuring that tools, processes, leads, managers and moderators all converge to a successful response. Prior to his current role, Rob has been in the computer industry since 1973 as a developer, entrepreneur, technologist, and, support and sustaining engineering senior management.
