I am an entrepreneur and I really enjoy innovation, high technologies, customer service management and creative solutions that help to improve services and performances within the industry fields.

Customer oriented service manager (field & support), high technology involved. I am president of the AFSM French Chapter (Association For Service Management), and president of the CFSMI (Confederation For Service Management International).
