I am trying to help another community member with a question he posed on the forum. The question is specifically regarding SaaS, so I am reaching out to folks with that type of experience.
Elemica’s Gregg Moist posed the following question:
"I have been asked to development business reliability KPI's. We are a B2B that also offer Saas environment and as such we track technical reliability and performance. Now we are looking to build out the ability to track and report on our business reliability and the business impact of system or application outage or event in the production environment.
Does anyone have any advise on how and what to capture, and how to report on business reliability and/or continuity?"
Is this a question that you have any insight on, or do you know of someone who could assist? Thanks!
