This is a dynamic, active COI that continues to produce tangible results--including the popular research report "Talent Management in Emerging Markets".

You are among the very first members to join--it's not easy being the first one to show up at the party, so thanks for your bravery!
We're initially offering this communication platform to specific Communities of Interest (COIs) within AFSMI, SSPA and TPSA. We hope to see enough interest and participation in the COIs to justify opening up discussion boards and other functionality to all Association members and beyond.
