The TSIA Services Engineering Community of Interest (COI) for the Professional Services discipline was established for collaboration, networking and building tools for individuals leading the services engineering community. Led by VMWare’s Rich Hogan and IBM’s Jean Pommier, the Services Engineering COI seeks to develop, standardize and promote commonly understood and generic methods and tools used to measure, manage and govern the services engineering capability for high technology product providers.
