ABOUT THE SERVICES ENGINEERING COI

The TSIA Services Engineering Community of Interest (COI) for the Professional Services discipline meets on a regular basis to collaborate, network and build tools for individuals leading the services engineering community. This online community is designed to facilitate ongoing conversations and collaboration among members of the COI.

Led by VMWare’s Rich Hogan and IBM’s Jean Pommier, the Services Engineering COI seeks to develop, standardize and promote commonly understood and generic methods and tools used to measure, manage and govern the services engineering capability for high technology product providers.
